Duchesne roasters catered our wedding and OMG they are amazing! We got the pig roast buffet, it was so yummy! Everyone loved all the food! If you want perfect food and above and beyond service Duchesne Roasters are for you! They catered my wedding August 2nd and all of the food is made from scratch and cooked to perfection, even if you are having a smaller event or wedding they are well worth every cent! Everyone still talks about their food and I can say that the 20+ years of catering shows. The prime rib was unbelievable! It was so nice to have food that was well presented, gourmet but still good old fashioned home food, I believe we joked and called it redneck gourmet. They dress professionally even on the hottest day of the summer and the service is unbeatable. They were so nice through the whole process. I can't wait for them to do another Superbowl delivery event, I missed out last time but after tasting the food I am hooked!

Laura and Darren, and their team of Lex and Jen are a fabulous group to work with when planning an event. Laura openly communicated with us through every step of the process. They are very busy (because they’re so good) but they made us feel like we were always their priority. Our guests raved about the food: the portion sizes, the quality, the variety, the attention to detail. We had one guest who was vegan and the Duschenes responded by preparing a vegan lasagna to meet her needs by making two full pans that were available to all of the guests. Truly inclusive. The Roasters team worked seamlessly through the day to prepare and the evening to serve, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The evening poutine bar was a highlight that I cannot miss mentioning. We had an unusually cold day and that hot food at just the right time in the evening was perfect. The pulled pork, cheese curds and gravy were outstanding, I may crash a future wedding just to get another taste! An added bonus were the filled containers at the end of the night that I was able to take home to feed hungry guests the next day. Laura, Lex and Jen continued to smile through the day and were certain to take care of every detail. It’s three days after our son’s wedding and people are continuing to thank us for such a delicious meal. We want to extend those thanks to the folks who truly deserve them, Laura, Darren, Lex and Jen. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Duchesne roasters put on an absolutely amazing pig roast for our wedding. They set up ahead of time to help with easing my mind! They were also here nice and early on the day of to make sure everything went as planned! The food was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and very professional! They even packed away all the extras and brought them into the house! I absolutely loved their service and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Laura & Darren catered our wedding at Barn & Bliss in September 2023, we cannot begin to express how easy and amazing they made everything, we have quite a few vegan/vegetarians in our family and despite them being known for their amazing pig roasts they were still able to easily accommodate our vegan/vegetarian family! The mac and cheese and pork were the highlight of the night, but all the salads, vegetables, bread, dips, everything was 10/10!! People raved about the food that night, the next day and for weeks after! I still have people tell me that the food from our wedding was some of the best they've ever had! if you aren't sure take this as your sign HIRE THEM!! you will not be disappointed!!

Duchesne Roasters catered our company Christmas party this year, as well as our company BBQ in the summer. Both the food and the service was excellent. The team is very professional and friendly. They were very easy to work with, good communication throughout, and incredibly reliable.

Menu options for allergies/ gluten free options was an added benefit.

If you are looking for your event to be catered by the best, look no further than Duchesne Roasters. Not even sure where to begin to explain how wonderful our entire experience with Duchesne Roasters was.
On October 4th, 2024 they catered to my daughter and son in law's (Amber & Seth) wedding at Aubrey Acres. They arrived early, and were set up, ready to go with lots of time to spare. They then asked what they could do to help us with any of the fine little details that we were still trying to get done in time. They asked, out of kindness. Nothing in it for them. Just two wonderful people wanting everything to go smoothly for the bride and groom.
The buffet of pulled pork, roasted chicken and so many side dishes... too many to list, was fabulous. A true feast that was loved by every guest. The delicious food has been complimented over and over. Many went for seconds. Duchesne Roasters takes care of every detail, plates, cutlery, and even a coffee/ tea station. Everything was mouthwatering, delicious.
I would also like to add that above offering their help and providing the best food, their professionalism didn't stop there. While my daughter was having a medical episode, they cleared everyone away from her, giving her space, and brought her food and drinks. They then checked on her multiple times, to see if they could do anything else for her.
If I could rate Duchesne Roasters 100 out of 10, I most definitely would. I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for your expertise, professionalism, support and above all your kindness.
I will be recommending you to everyone that is looking for the best catering in town.

Friendly, kind, organized and professional PLUS amazing food!!! This was Duchesne Roasters first visit to the CEC to cater a wedding this past weekend and we were blown away and can't wait for them to come back. Amazing food!
What a great experience we had attending a wedding catered by Duchesne Roasters! I have an immune disorder that prevents me from eating gluten and was discreetly served my own bun pre dinner and the rest of the meal was just fabulous. I am a bit of a foodie so my diet challenges have left me used to being a bit disappointed at some catered events. Not this time! And the best part was the gluten/dairy free Mac and cheese that was served as part of the late night snack. There was also one that was for the gluten eaters in the crowd but for once, I definitely did not feel like I was missing out. In fact, I can’t even imagine the regular one being as good as the one I had! So awesome. Highly recommend. And the interactions I had with the staff were so professional.
